Creating a free web form is as easy as 1..2..3..
Create an intensiForms account.
If you've yet to do so, create an intensiForms user account. Signing up for intensiForms is free and easy and only requires your name and email address.
Once you've signed up (you'll be asked to confirm your email as well), you'll be directed to a page that provides you with a video that demonstrates how to build a form. Feel free to watch the video, as an exercise, once you've completed this tutorial.
Choose a template.
While we do have the option to create a blank form "from scratch", for now, we will use one of the Form Templates. A latter demo will show the ins and outs of building a form from the ground up or simply modifying one created via a template.
Choose the "Feedback" form by clicking the "choose" button and provide a name for your form. We'll call ours "Tutorial Feedback" but you can name yours whatever you'd like.
Our new Feedback form is instantly created and is now ready to be shared with your users.
Publish the form.
intensiForms provides a myriad of ways to make use of your form. You can copy the link to fill in your form and simply share that with your users. If you have your own site already, the form can be embedded directly into your site. For now, we will use the Share using Email option.
Click on the Share Form button then on the "Email" tab. Add a list of semicolon-separated email addresses, add an optional Reply To email address, subject, and message. Click on the "Send" button. (The message can be further designed and enhanced using intensiForms built-in HTML editor, but we'll leave that for a future guide.)
There you have it. We're done! Each time a user fills in your form, you will receive an email notification with a link to the new response.
That's all it took to put a professionally designed form onto the internet for your users to access.
As you can see, the intensiForms form building system allows for creation of expert-level surveys, registrations, applications, and even online stores in less time than it takes to read this short guide.
